Missing crowns from eso plus sub

As the subject describes I am missing the crowns from my subscription today (03-05-2022) on the account @donlup on eu megaserver I have checked its active and the payment went trough yet the crowns are nowhere to be found even after serveral relogs and so on. I actually spend so long in the menu that I have a small bonus for you.

No4h✭✭Happened to me also in the past. Dunno what caused it to happen, but a day later the crowns where there.
If not I suggest contacting support. They'll help you

Donlup✭✭✭So, something cursed is going on I have one paypal confirmation mail but now 4 of the same zos mail confirming the purchase yes, they all have the same id and the id matches up in the purchase history. Just to spice it up even more 3 of the 4 are delayed allmost an hour (51 min) then received with in the same minute
I will be taking it with support i guess0
