• Xbox: NA and EU megaservers for maintenance – November 27, 6:00AM EST (11:00 UTC) - 9:00AM EST (14:00 UTC)
• PlayStation®: NA and EU megaservers for maintenance – November 27, 6:00AM EST (11:00 UTC) - 9:00AM EST (14:00 UTC)

I buy eso+ in April 15,today eso+ disappear!today is May 3

    Same here. Before that, there were problems with logging into the game. Then it started up, but the subscription also disappeared.

    Nope, just logged in, still miss ESO+, tho i have half a year left

    This happened to me, twice, during the emergency maintenance earlier in the year on PC NA. When I went to play on EU the membership wasn't showing up. the good news was that it came back once NA maintenance was over. My ESO+ membership expired not long after that incident and I made sure not to renew on Steam. Of course if you can only get plus through Steam this issue may crop up again. There seems to be an issue with syncing Steam ESO+ with your ESO account during this kind of maintenance. Something ZOS should def look into..

    So, you say while they have NA maintenance, i cant play on EU too due to this sync issues? Crap:D
    And yet still no offical responce of this so far @ZOS_GinaBruno , @ZOS_Kevin, can you please dig into it or at least give us our money back

    My eso+ subscription is still not working, so same as perks. In steam it says that the subscription is active, but the site does not.

    ESO+ is showing up for me now, on both PC/EU and NA servers. Thank you.
