Black icons for known skyshards in Cyrodiil

In this picture I'm showing how a character of mine (not the main thou) see the Cyrodiil map. As you can see, the "collected" skyshards appear black. I've tried to change some settings, but no way. Why is this happening, and how to fix it ? This bug only happens in the Cyrodiil map.
