Kill 75 Dangerous Foes Weekly Endeavor

It appears that all of the baddies in the arenas (Maelstrom, Vateshran Hollows, Dragonstar, Blackrose Prison) count as "dangerous foes". I only fully tested Maelstrom (complete by the beginning of the third round), and Dragonstar (complete by the end of the second round), but did observe that the mobs in the others increased the total as well.

Anything with a "shielded" health bar counts. A "shielded" health bar is one where there are bumps (I like to call them "wings") on the left and right ends of the health bar. It takes just one bump to make an enemy "dangerous," so a common River Troll is considered a dangerous foe-- unless it has a non-shielded health bar for some reason (it usually has one bump).

I fought the Nix-Ox boss in Vvardenfell for the daily boss quest and apparently all or most of its adds were dangerous foes, as I had killed 60 dangerous foes by the time the fight was over-- although several of those were actually from killing a few of the draugr bosses in the Eastmarch public dungeon.

Harvesters count as well. I leisurely wandered around Honrich Tower in the Rift and just killed a lot of them. High respawn rate and no other players. Probably not the fastest way, but worked for me.

Get in Imperial City, kill everything, it goes very fast.

Yes, I remember from when a lesser number was the daily that "dangerous" foes aren't very dangerous and certainly aren't only bosses in boss fights

Got most of it while doing a dragon daily. Pretty much everything they spawn count for that.

Craglorn works too. I ventured near a celestial rift (or whatever the glowing things floating in the air are called) and out jumped a legion of monsters, all having at least one "shield". Got 15 dangerous kills in something like two minutes. But yeah, Imperial City might be best. Good thing that I was just starting the questline there, so I'll be bound to get the endeavors without especially trying.

I didn’t try any of the other suggestions, but they are all probably quite good for solving this. It’s probably harder to complete the other weeklies before hitting the limit for this one anyway. I like the arenas because I have complete control over what I will be dealing with and don’t have to deal with other players killing things before me, or killing me.

Fifteen minutes to complete the task in Maelstrom for one account is not bad. I ran Dragonstar with four accounts simultaneously, at between fifteen to twenty minutes, since I had to manually move them all into position each time, but I don’t think anywhere else will beat that for efficiency in my case. Solo Dragonstar would be closer to ten minutes. It’s just two rounds, even with the loudmouth talking at the start of each one.

Best place, south of Tenmar wayshrine, at least 10 Haj Motas there respawn fast and give a lot of loot. Killed Lamia Spellsingers and Lamia Battlecallers in Hew's Bane although shielded life bars did not get credit.

Trolls, mammoths, giants all work fine. I've been using them for smaller daily versions of this task.

Dolmens spawn quite a few, if you do the FG daily on a regular basis then you'll get it that way.

@Tesman85 thanks for your insightful suggestion! Never would have occurred to me to try Craglorn celestial rifts. Just soloed one and my 'dangerous foes killed' count for the endeavor shot up by 23.

For those not familiar with taking on these rifts, they release numerous waves of significant foes, then somewhere in the process out comes a big boss (~1.8M hp). I find soloing them a touch harder than most basic alliance zone WBs but easier than most DLC WBs (I can't solo many of those). If you can solo some of the normal group dungeons, you should be okay with celestial rifts.

Most trolls should count. But I occasionally run into trolls that don't have shielded health bars, just standard health bars, and I assume that they wouldn't count.

Bangkorai public dungeon - all those big robot things are dangerous foes - they respawn quickly and aren't hard to kill - and you can get Spriggan's drops while you're at it

Got it entirely in Cyro on my healer. Didn't get my kill 40 enemies quest, but managed to "kill" 75 dangerous foes!

The skeletal adds at Salothan's Council have shielded health bars, but for some reason they didn't count toward this endeavor.

On the other hand, the kwama adds at Missir-Dadalit Egg Mine did count toward this endeavor.

I've previously tried this in public dungeons and found the bosses there did not count, I don't know if they've changed that recently. This time around I got it killing mammoths in Eastmarch - been trying to farm the last trophy and have killed 3000+ of the things with no luck so far.
