What CP set up should I have for Daily Writ characters?

Mainly craft obviously, these will be alts just specifically stuck in Vvardenfell to do dailies.

My original thoughts were: Gilded Fingers, Fortunes Favour (?), Treasure Hunter (?) and Steeds.

Does anyone know if those first 3 actually affect daily crafting writs?

None of those will affect crafting daily writs but Gilded Fingers will increase your gold gained - if this star is slotted when you complete any quest
Fortune's Favor - only applies to the amount of gold that can be found in treasure chest and thieves troves
Treasure Hunter - only applies to overland/dungeons/trials/arenas treasure chests. treasure chests from treasure maps aren't influenced by this CP star.
Steed's Blessing - Increases your out of combat Movement Speed by .4% per stage.

For crafting daily writs it's advisable to have:
    - Level 50 (to have a chance to get master writs from rewards)
    - Tier of material depends on your goal (highest tier (eg. rubenite) for the better rewards, lowest tier (eg. iron) if you just are looking for gold)
    - Crafting line passives at highest rank (to reduce the amount of mats used/get the higher amount of items crafted eg: alchemy/provisioning)

If you intent to refine/deconstruct items with a char it's advisable to also have:
    - crafting line passives at highest rank (metal extraction/unraveling/rune extraction/jewelry extraction/wood extraction)
    - slotted CP star Meticulous Disassembly (you need to have at least 255 CP to unlock it)

PS - Survey reports can drop as a reward at any level of char or level of crafting.

Note this only matters if you intend these characters to be crafters. Daily writs aren't improved items, so writ alts shouldn't be improving anything. And if you're serious about doing daily writs on many characters it's easier if a single character crafts all the potions and food for everyone, the game doesn't care who crafted those. With addons you can keep the stack in the bank, without them maybe keep a stack on each character, but it's not worth crafting them daily and spending skill points on those passives.

As noted above Gilded Fingers and Steeds blessing are the only green CP ones that matter for doing writs, though if your characters do other things then others may be useful. If you're leveling your alts craft, for example, then Inspiration Boost will be useful, but it's useless once everything is at 50.
