Is it possible to predict when special houses become available?

I have my eye on the Pantherfang Chapel, but if I have to wait for too long I will just get another house. So I would like to know if the houses are randomly put back on sale or if there is some sort of a ''schedule''.

It is random, I waited years for a particular one I had "just missed" to come back around. Although the vacation I was on at the time, was definitely worth missing a virtual house for.

If I recall correctly ,and I could be wrong, most of the houses just come back at random, but they also sometimes re-release houses around the anniversary of when the DLC they were associated with comes back or the house was first released as well. So Patherfang could come back at anytime, but it might also come back specifically in August. No guarantees on that, but it's a possibility.

June 2017 (Debut)
Feb 2019 (Morrowind Celebration Event)
July 2021 (Close to anniversay of First Release, after the MYM)

Please also note they re-releases houses more often now than they did years past.

I don't think you can predict when something will come back, but I don't think I've seen a house come back sooner than 15 months since the last time it was released.

Not strictly true - according to the UESP, both Linchal Grand Manor and the Erstwhile Sanctuary were just 12 months apart, and Varlaisvea was just a little over 13 months.

That's good to hear. One of those is from February and the other two are coming next month so it seems they're open to shortening timeframes. That puts a lot of things on the table.

You won't get much more notice than the monthly Website post about what is going to be in the crown store for the rest of the month.

I have noticed some houses will come during events that are related to the zone they are in. That isn't 100% the case unfortunately.
