Sorc pet reskin

I would love a re-skin for the sorc pets. Whether purchasable, farmable, etc. I would really love an appearance reskin for its pets!

Sort of in the same concept as the grey bear for the warden.

It could be potentially something for the necro summonable blast bones/archers etc too.

I'm not a programmer so don't come at me if this isn't possible! I just love to customize my characters and more options for summonable appearances would be cool.

I mean they did promise so many plans for more skins with the Warden Bear when it came out... but we all see how that one turned out... doubt they'll get back to that or even make more skins for the other classes pets.

I to would like alternative skins to pets, i feel the only reason warden got one is because it was a Pre-Order Bonus or whatever. They have probably abandoned that idea because not all classes have pets.

Though I'd be happy to see reskins for sorc pets, there are quite a few more and bigger reasons why my magsorc has evolved to petless. Double-barring for what you get with pets is simply not worth it.

I would love in-game earnable ways to have reskins. Really exhausted by how much cool comsetic stuff is locked behind the crown store

There's some major quality of life issues with Sorc pets in general. The ridiculous flapping wings is the worst offender.

I would like this, especially the ones for other classes as well. I would like a wraith instead of a human shade on my nightblade or something else more ghosty

I don’t see why this wouldn’t be possible, there are other Clannfear and Scamp skins throughout the game.

ZOS should start with locking off bank and crafting areas for sorcerer's pets, especially those annoying flapping parrots.
When it's done, they may start thinking about reskinning.

We know it’s possible as I can use my gray bear on my warden. I’m surprised that they haven’t tried to monetize sorc pets, additional warden bear looks and even the bluebetty from the warden

Yeah, it is a very strange missed opportunity. Given the huge number of petSorcs alone that there are out there they would make heaps in sales from them..

Have a few able to be earned in-game (because, as someone above noted, we desperately need more of these) and then sell the rest at 500 Crowns per skin.

Yup. They even did an update overhaul on several clanfears and some other daedra across the zones with Blackwood I think it was.

You guys don't understand, they know about this. They're saving it for later. If they release everything at once they run out of new crown store items. It sucks for us but I believe that really is the case, right now the new things we get are weapons that disappear when sheathed and glowy new eyes.

I'd love nothing more than reskins for sorc and necro pets, I'm always confused and try to attack pets thinking they're part of the dolmen (I hide player names from the UI to keep my view less cluttered).
I think reskins would make it easier to identify which monsters are enemies and which ones are allies without depending on the UI to point it out for me.

Undoubtedly, ZOS has just been biding their time for the perfect moment to release reskins of combat pets. Morrowind only just came out in 2017 after all. People have been calling for a change to the horrible sorcerer twilight pet since well before that.

Been saying they should do this for years. I'd spend money on every skin they came out with for combat pets.

I never understood why they didn't add more pet skins to the game when they rolled out the option with the Warden bear. Should be very easy for them to just add more bear options for one and people would snatch it up. (I'd love to have an ice bear or spriggan bear for my ult on a couple of my wardens for example).

Sorc pets might need more work if they offered something besides reskins, but shouldn't be that crazy. Frankly, i might use my sorc pets more if they were not so large, the bird especially annoys me and would be great to have a different version of.

I love sorcerer class but the pet models just ruin it for me. Especially that hideous flappy bird. Some kind of simple flying orb or sphere model would be awesome. I want to think my sorcerer more as a mage than daedra summoner and the pet models just take all fun out of it.

Not that I disagree with needing more sorcerer summon mods, but there are sorc builds with no pets, fyi.

I love the Shadowrend clannfear pet, even though they nerfed the set itself into near uselessness. I would even pay (a reasonable amount, nothing like this 600 gem madness) to be able to use the Shadowrend skin for my stamsorc pet.

Yeah I know that but the damage drops too much and I like to play meta.
