Mouseover or proximity to guild trader ID

Since the last update I notice that walking up to a trader location does not always show the name of the current owner. It now, at least 50% of the time, has to be clicked on to ID.

So no one sees the error or change in the trader info except me?

So its not the worst of problems, but it persists. It wasn't at all like this before. If this isn't a bug, fine, but it sure isn't an improvement. Like the difficulty of just moving through the crafting vendors with a dozen planned pitfalls, blockages and the also persistent necessity to click the ground to restart turning, this is, I assume, a permanent feature that drives many people to look for other things less demanding to fill their game time with.
