Special Collectibles - increase limit and add label to items that fall under this category

In light of even more house guests being added to the game we should again be requesting either a larger limit on these, or have the restriction removed.
Furthermore, a clarification on what is categorised as a special collectible is necessary. There is nothing in game that tells you whether something is in that category. It is trial and error to determine what is when you are placing something new and receive the message that you have reached the limit.

✭Yeah, I ran into the special collectible limit for the first time I think when decorating the grove in my second guar reserve, and thought to myself "wait, that's never happened before."
