[BUG] Deconstruction assistant in gamepad mode.

In gamepad mode, if you mouse-wheel scroll at the top of the list of the Deconstruction assistant it will throw ui errors on every click.

With the mouse curser just above the scrollable list area, scroll the mouse wheel.
You can find this area by scrolling the mouse wheel while moving up the list.
On my screen it is about an inch below "Player Capacity".
