i really like this event as well but i think i would lose my mind if i did writs on all 18 of my characters for another week.

Honestly, I am over it. I got through 3 of my toons for writs yesterday and just stopped. I dont need anymore spider parts. Normally, this is my second fav event behind MYM, but these boxes just arent what they used to be.

This far into the event is when I'm completely over doing writs but continue to do so because of opportunity cost lol.

Remember when this thing ran for 5 weeks? Now that was brutal. Thought a friend was gonna have a nervous break down the week we only got boxes from Cyrodiil quests.

I don't do it for the spider parts, same as I didn't do it for the Hero/Imperial styles the prior years. The motif collection and sheer material stash I end up with after 126+ boxes per day comes out to well over a million gold per day :P. To ignore the event is to leave that money on the table and I just can't lol.

Every year since the Jubilee started, I've been burnt out doing 126 writs a day by the end of the event. This year, though, I actually feel like I could do it for another couple days. Maybe it's because I've gotten a really good haul this year lol.

It's been a lot of fun, I've gotten many awesome motif pages and transmutes!
Since I'm not going for the mount I spent the rest of my tickets completing the worm cult motif

I agree tho, not having that nice 100% XP buff is going to be rough to go back to lol

I vote no. I'm thinking no events for at least two months would be great.

There should be at most eight events a year (two of those PvP related) and they should last only one week.

I managed to not get burned out this time, but I'm ready to move on to other activities. Jubilee is so rewarding, but that grind gets intense.

And I'm afflicted with it currently.

Plus with how they handled the whole "Spider parts/Once a day Holiday motif" thing, it just didn't feel as fun/rewarding opening the boxes this event.

Events and endeavors are slowly ruining ESO for me. I feel like I have to do my daily chores before I can get to anything fun.

I hear you man but this is the end of the silly season for events. From tomorrow they'll be a couple event free months so we can chill.

The only event that feels like work to me is this one. I put in a big effort for the pvp event too but that's something I enjoy so it doesn't feel like work.

Everything else at best I put in whatever the bare minimum is to get the tickets.

Sad but, No end this. I should get back to do pledges/randoms/trials/quests. There is no way I can leave writs and dailys at Cyro while this event runs. I am stuck.

That’s was nuts. I recorded each reward I got from those 5th Anniversary event boxes - but now I can’t even open the document, ‘cause it’s too much to load into ram or something, and just crashes. Lol. RIP

Oh, nobody does it for the spider parts. They just hurt my soul every time I see one. Haha. I too typically do 126 a day, plus double time on first and last day. I just ran out of gas this year, which is why I was fine for it to be over. I could be wrong, but I never saw a spider box and motif drop in the same box, which is why they were so frustrating. Motifs for me are one of if not the biggest driver for the event. Pretty much everything else just weighs down my crafting bag, that I will never see the bottom of, a bit more.

Please no. After doing crafting writs on all my alts during this event, I am so done. I have storage containers full of crafting surveys, motifs, recipes, blueprints, and every sale slot in the guild store is in use. Time for a break from events ...

It's extraordinarily profitable during this event. You get 126 boxes in like 45 minutes. Considering its typically 1 week a year, if you are built to do it, the opportunity cost to ignore it is very high. Have might be a strong word, but most of us that can, try to.

Like I said, I burnt out this time around, but admittedly, I have had one foot out the door since they announced a card game for a chapter's main feature.
