Think an Nocturnal Nightblade visual option be possible?

Nightblades use Shadow Magic so would be neat to have a visual option so they use Nocturnal Shadow Magic.

Replace the main Spammable with Crow summon


Path of Darkness with this visual


Summon shadow with Night Terror


While also making all Shadow visuals Purple/Black.






Glady pay 2k crowns for it since would be awesome to have visual effects that match up to Nocturnal Shadow Magic.

I really like this idea, OP - and I would join you in paying for it (take notice, ZOS!).

I don't think that there is much lore precedent from earlier TES games for the way that the Nightblade Magicka kit is currently presented so tying it back to Nocturnal would be a rather elegant solution to it.

In my defense, I already made a post similar but I got this idea from how most of the shadow spells are just simple model changes and visual colors. So would be a good crown pack just to change the visuals to a lore based pack.

Thanks and very true, also the visuals and models for said shadow magic already exists ingame so it would just be the matter of swapping models and changing the visual colors.

No thanks. I'm not at all involved in Nocturnal. My NBs are.... lone wolves. And no - they are NOT weres. I don't do weres or vamps.

Well, gotta admit new visuals will be nice and plus she did not even create shadow magic so technically its not Nocturnal Shadow magic but when someone sees a crow Nocturnal is brought up.

ZOS could easily just replace the spells visuals easily since it already exists ingame with a little tweeking. Don't even have to make it a new class, just have to take the data from the Shadow user NPC's, alter it to fit Nightblade's code, then fix up the models and change the visual colors to Black/Purple "Which is the true color of Shadow Magic not Black/Red which is Blood magic"

Gladly pay the crowns since would feel like an extension of the Class and make it like if it was a new class to begin with.

Again, don't really have to alter the spell's effects but just the visuals and models. Ironic that we actually never got something like this since Nocturnal is brought up alot and having a real Shadow Nightblade would be amazing.

Last thing, this could also apply to other classes like the Templar.

A big thing would to make model changes and visual color changes for more RP experince then sell the pack in the Crown store.

Nightblade = Nocturnal Shadow pack

Templar = Dark Knight [Dark spell user]

Sorcerer Daedric Worshipper [All spells are red except crystals and lighting but also pets use default skins

I would like better shadowy effects. Nightblades barely look the part of a shadow mage.

As for Nocturnal herself, I liked her a lot more in other games where she was mysterious and intimidating; Summerset kind of ruined her reputation for me.

Yeah, Nightblades to me look like a vampire filler with the visual effects aka Blood/Black instead of the true shadow magic Purple/Black.

Also have not done summerset yet but I'll prob still like it since daedric.

Oh definitely, it is a great chapter, the best to date actually. I was just speaking to how they portrayed Nocturnal there.

Funny thing is to this day I still have not done summerset due to still trying to complete every story in order including base game
