Problem with Combat Metrics

Found an issue with Critical Damage, the game has a cap of 125% but Combat Metrics has 135%. Also found at 135% Combat Metrics is shows 100% but at 130% Combat Metrics it has 12% damage
. Does the game still cap at 125% critical damage?

I'm guessing cause it's not 100% accurate,sometimes the calcualtions are off.It mays get spikes,or delays and cause a glitch in calculating.But crit damage is 125% still.
