Seaveil Spire: Pulsing Issue

Good afternoon,

I am posting this in the 'Bug' section as this wasnt seen on the PTS.

In the new Seaveil Spire Home there is a beautiful room with circling "windows" to look out of. However, the pulsing magic is about 400% faster than what it was, causing these windows to be EXREMELY hard to see out of. I think it was once every 10 seconds before, if it is addressed, I would recommend making it like once ever 15-20 seconds.

    I bought several furnishing packs and with the current bug issue, its pretty hard to decorate

    I agree, it is too bright and the flashing is so distracting that it is hard to see the scenery beyond. In the larger area the force field swirls around a lot too.

    We have the same problem on PC eu servers.

    Because of this some people of my guild don' t want to buy the house. You can' t see out anymore.

    I was really looking forward to buying this house when I discovered it on the PTS server.
    But with the view in the aquatic room being blocked due to the force field on the live servers, the house is
    not as appealing to me as it was on the PTS server anymore. :(

    I'm also holding off buying this house because of these effects. Another one that I find a bit distracting is the effect on the transparent walkway that is blipping every few seconds, it's very visually obtrusive, so if any housing devs are having a look in this thread, I wonder if it would be possible to add a toggle for this effect, so we could turn it off, that would be really great.

    They actually slowed down the chasm pulsations, as it used to be extremely hyper. I did notice that the skybox in the large room was changed from the pulsing to kind of a swirl-of-magic; which does look a lot better. Because they changed so many effects towards the end, I think some of the rules for these effects got accidently changed.

    I think that's meant to be an effect to show that it's a magical barrier much like the dome around the area, to show that it's solid. Not a glitch. It fades in and out.

    Yes but this is a fast blink rather than fading in and out.

    "The barrier effects for the windows in the viewing room of Seaveil Spire are currently missing and will appear in a future PTS patch."

    This was from the patch notes. I'm guessing the viewing room will no longer have that crystal clear glass to look through too.

    Apparently it's supposed to be like that. Doubt it will ever be 'fixed'. Hard pass on this house if that's the case
