The press embargo for what they saw in their time spent on High Isle is supposed to end at 22:30 CEST, but some games journalists posted it ahead of the NDA dropping.
ZOS, every single time you do one of these events game's journalists release their content ahead of the embargo, every single time.
Please, if you want to reveal content just show everyone at the same time rather than allowing your gameplay trailer and content to be posted ahead of your own stream.
Do not click the spoiler if you ahead if you're excited to watch the stream but there is a lot of new detail regarding Tales of Tribute, though most else, aside from lore, is already known

I don't think it's a net positive or negative having that information shared publically, I don't have any negative feelings towards the journalists for doing it.
However, I think it was a poor decision to give anyone access to information early. I was not embargoed or asked to sign an NDA. Obviously it doesn't affect me whether some people break their embargoes or NDA's but I think it does matter to ZOS otherwise why make them in the first place.
