[PS4] - EU - Fully upgraded Mount won't sprint

I've got 21 characters spread over the EU and NA servers, and I've played this game for more than 7 years. I know what mounted sprint looks like.

All other character mounts sprint just fine. But a Nightblade's mount on the EU server won't sprint. Speed is fully upgraded through the stables, and I've spent 100 CP on Gifted Rider and slotted it. Still no sprint.

I've tried removing all champion points and respending them. I've reset all skill and attribute points. I've changed mounts. Nothing seems to work.

When on foot, the character sprints fine. But the mount will not sprint.

Anyone else have an issue like this?
