wondering if I use this while battling a Group Boss/Harrowstorm/Geyser will nearby players also get the buff??

yea, I saw that, was hoping it behaved different in PVE, oh well you saved me from wasting 3k crowns was going to unlock the skill line on a different toon. Thanks!
