Issue with DS4 bluetooth

I have no problem to connect my DS4 via BT (I use Steam, but without the big picture settings, that mess things up).
Commands work well except for the R2 analog that, instead of triggering attack, triggers block. L2 does nothing.
All the above happens only when I use BT, if I disconnect the DS4 and use USB wired, all works well.

Anyone else knows something about this issue? Is there some setting I could be tampering with (I already tried to change the default gamepad settings, to no avail)?

Thank you

This is a very common complaint, I have filed bug reports and issued a support ticket on this. I recommend you do the same. Hopefully with enough tickets and bug reports, they will look at this.

I've also tried XBox BT controller (both BT and wired), and a Stadia controller (wired). The only configuration that works right is DS4 wired/USB.

Note, if you have an M1 chip customer support will try to blame it on the unsupported processor, but it is painfully obvious it's a Mac Client issue. I can connect my DS4 via Bluetooth and play other games fine, and even play ESO via Stadia in a web browser with no issues.
