Do you have audio dropouts for your own ability sounds?

I frequently do not hear the sound from Death Stroke or Meteor. I'm not sure whether these sound dropouts affect mostly ultimates or whether I only notice it for those skills, because I find not hearing them confusing. In testing on a target dummy these sounds usually work. In a trial or in PvP they frequently do not. This has been going on for a while, not just since the latest patch. However, a year or two ago, the sounds worked properly.
