Anyone Else not getting event tickets?

So the first day of the Anniversary event I got my cake (and ate it too). Got 3 tickets, as you should. Next day, nothing. After that, nada. Now it's been several days and the Jubilee Cake still won't give me tickets, only the XP boost.
And no, I am not above the limit seeing as I currently hold zero tickets. Yes, I have submitted a ticket to Support. And yes, I have both activated and eaten it.
It will not work no matter what I try. Anyone else got this issue?

Not that I've noticed, but I only eat the cake for the xp and use this event for the jubilee boxes..so I really don't pay attention to the tickets. I'll see when I log.

If you have a ticket, they will respond 👍

I've got 3 tickets every day on two accounts, on both PC NA and EU. No problems for me.

No issues for me, but you need to ensure you're not eating the cake too closely together so the system sees it's a new day. Don't eat cake at 10 pm and then try at 8 am the next morning.

I've heard that getting rid of your buff and going to a new zone allows you to get the tickets
