Dead water guile

I’m on ps NA and trying to find someone to make dead-water light tunic level 45. I can pay for the tunic, kust can’t afford the motif

If you mean the set Dead-Water's Guile, that cannot be crafted. It drops from enemies in Murkmire. Chest pieces are usually dropped from World Bosses.

Then there's the Dead-Water style. The set drops in that style but if you know that style, you can craft any set in that style, you're not restricted to the specific sets in that style.

So it really depends on what you mean here.
(Unfortunately, I'm not on NA.)

if you mean the style, the pages can drop from doing the dailys in murkmire, there are 2 quest givers:

Varo Hosidias who gives the delve quest, and Bolu who gives the boss quest, they are both located in Lilmoth, and pray you don't get boss-Walks-Like-Thunder, he's a royal pain in the guar!

Now is the time to do Walks-Like-Thunder, and dailies in Murkmire in general. There are enough players doing dailies for anniversary boxes that you can generally take down Walks-Like-Thunder's healing totems fast. Most other world bosses can be taken down with only 1 or 2 players, albeit slower than if you have a big group. But Walks-Like-Thunder will constantly heal back to full if you don't have a lot of people there.

The world drops are only medium. There is a chest motif for light tunic and robes. I’m trying to get that light tunic. Seen the motif on a vendor but was 150k.

you obtain the style pages by doing the dailys, I'm on Xbox or I'd help you, I've gotten all the style pages just from doing the dailys-Crafting Motif 69: Dead-Water, they don't always drop tho

also try different vendors, I spend a good 30 mins just going from spot to spot checking out prices, I NEVER buy at the first place I see whaever item I want-also with this event going on you may get lucky and find one cheap

I started doing the daily in murkmire. I got a lead but no motif yet. Gonna keep at it.

yea, just be patient, also if you've completed the zone story, there;s another daily quest giver named Tuwul, in Root-Whisper Village, good luck!
