Xbox Series X with ESO Performance Mode

After all this time, and some cash dropping, I finally traded in for a Series X and first thing I did was reinstall ESO. Then I discovered something. First, the visual differences between Fidelity and Performance at 1440p are practically nonexistant. What IS different though is the framerate.

Is this really what 60fps on console is like?! I've been playing games at 30fps this entire time and now I finally know what it's like? The game is SMOOTH and even slippery is an appropriate term. It's like the animations and camera movement is much faster.

Its quite nice, even if I can't really tell a visual quality difference.

Now to pay off the credit card.

Isn’t it a huge difference? We all love ours! What is aggravating is the lag we experience due to the servers.

it's not a huge night and day difference as I initially had hoped, but the game runs smoother, with much more clarity, and a lot less loading, tho once every so often I do get the" this may be an extremely long load time" message.

I guess it depends on your tv also, performance all the way for me, fidelity mode literally makes me queasy

I don't have the greatest 4k TV. But on Series x it was even a drastic notable difference in performance even over the One X. Haven't tried it on my computer monitor yet but its only 1440p.
Wish I could transfer all my skins and mounts to PC because that's only why I don't play on console anymore. Even the jump from a Series X to PC was night and day difference.

They ever fix the bug where HDR has to be reset at the character load screen?
