How do I clear my Junk Item list?

I apparently added a bunch of glyphs to my junk list, and have been working for weeks to remove them since I have a use for them now, but to no avail. So how do I wipe my junk item list completely?

When looking at your junk list there should be an option at the bottom of the page "destroy all junk" 😃

No, I want to remove all the items I previously marked as junk from the list and start over.

This, also, you can ‘sell all junk’ at an NPC vendor, or if you want to keep the stuff in your junk list you can right click each item -> unmark as junk.

That was my point, I have been unmarking items as junk for weeks, and they are still going to Junk, I want to stop that by resenting my junk list completely and starting over.

If you have an addon installed you may want to check those. Some of them filter things like that as well.

Is your junk list empty? If not as long as you have an item of a certain type in the list all new items of that type will automatically go to junk. Otherwise if you are not using any addons it sounds like a bug to me.

What platform are you on? That's a HUGE thing - PC is not consoles....

It's an addon thing, Bandit's UI has that feature among probably many others.

Okay, on PC, you access inventory. The farthest right icon is the "Junk" option. Open that, and (ugh.... I don't run vanilla UI sorry and I'm not in game this late) click on it - you should see everything you've ever marked as Junk.

And here's where I can't help further until tomorrow when I'm back in game. Once you've opened the Junk pane, you should see an option to "delete all junk".

I'll check in the morning just to verify.... and post back here. And.... it might be because I have a LOT of addons....

You sure? My experience with that and addons like Personal Assistant is, they keep their own junk list and do not interact with the games actual Junk list. I have yet to find a way to interact with the games built in junk list, other than right click items and choose add or remove from junk. I even searched my Usersettings.txt and looked for any other file I could delete to clear it. But it seems, of all the dumb things to keep server side, the junk list is.

Is it keeping a List of the items, or is it keeping the actual items? Because the actual items still count toward filling up your inventory even though they are moved to the Junk section.

If you want to clear list.

Open junk folder 'X' to clear list

If you want to reuse items

Right click on each item and 'remove from junk folder'

This one use the junk to list to *save* her good potions.
Adding items to junk hides it from the vendor, very handy!
Do remember to unbind the *sell all junk* key though!
Also it *hides* special shinies khajiit carries with her from other filters (in vanilla UI).

To remove items from the list just right click on them and tell it's not junk as Concrete has said >^^<

PS: This one would like to know what use you have for glyphs that the junk list is keeping from (other than selling).

Deconstruction, I have numerous accounts but used to only play one, now I play on some others and am working up crafting from "scratch" (hehe) on them. It isn't actually selling them that was the issue, it was trading, depositing or emailing them.

Anyhow last night they magically stopped showing up in junk and stayed in my regular inventory, maybe right click remove from Junk it finally took. Fingers crossed!
