The cap is per character, enjoy doing 50 x 8-18 characters of daily quests.

Some of us only play one character since most things like motifs are for one character only.

Why is there a daily quest cap, when daily quests are adding all the time? Its not like you can really gain an advantage in trying to do all the content added to the game for us to do.
Most efficient is to do daily crafting quests on lots of alts first. Second is Cyrodil town quests once things has slowed down a bit there. Yes its other fast like the crow quest but its just one. The prologue dailies are also reasonable fast.Lady_Galadhiel wrote: »
I don't agree that it's "this". There's a question of with how great efficiency one can complete dailies so that the slog:reward ratio doesn't feel offset. Just because you can, in theory, do 50 dailies on one of your alts, that doesn't necessarily mean you'd want to because your alts may all be works in progress (untrained mounts, weak builds, et cetera). The cap is unnecessary.
I agree that the cap is silly and I really don't see the point of it, but is this really an issue? The cap is 50 and is character specific . So, if you have 8 characters, your cap is 400. It's not unreasonable to assume that a chunk of players who are passionate enough to want to complete every daily will have paid for a few extra character slots. I don't know about the rest of you, but I certainly don't have the time in my day to do 400 daily quests, let alone more.
