It's like they're doing everything to apologize for the ongoing problems except actually apologizing.
Oh well, I'll take it.

Well since I do not do endeavors, I am still awaiting my apology/compensation for the huge mess they caused. Seems like a simple email with a reward, like every other game ever has done, would have been a better solution. Then there is the upgraded daily login rewards this month, login rewards for not being able to login.
Sorta seems to me like going to a restaurant, ordering a burrito, finding something gross in it, getting sick, and to make it right the restaurant simply hands you a bunch of coupons for: Buy one burrito and get another free.

Yea let's start personalising compensation lmfao. Too bad I don't read my emails, so I will need the apology hand written to me with rewards magically appearing on my account.

Everybody does endeavours lol unless you don’t use weapon abilities or harvest anything.

To your point, they did personalize them instead of a generic reward applicable to everyone. If I don't do endeavors, nor do I login daily, I will be left out of the "compensation package" they put together to make up for the weeks of not being able or barely being able to play. Telling me to play more, to be compensated for not being able to play, is kind of silly IMHO.
A simple email with an apology and some sort of little something, is how every other game has always done it. Compensation with stipulations, is not really a form of compensation, it is a marketing ploy.
You may have lost time and progress, and to acknowledge that, we are going to be giving out five 150% Experience Scrolls on the first day of April through the Daily Login Rewards calendar and will be tripling the number of Weekly Endeavor Seals the week of 4/4 for players on all ESO platforms.
No, everybody doesn't do Endeavors. People who don't might end up completing them on accident here and there, but there are those people who don't care and don't actively bother with collecting Seals. Especially because they change from day to day and week to week.Gaeliannas wrote: »It's like they're doing everything to apologize for the ongoing problems except actually apologizing.

You only needed to log in one single time this month in order to get the 5 150% XP scrolls that were a part of the apology, and if you don't log in for a month and miss out on them, then it's probably fairly reasonable to assume you weren't THAT impacted by the issues that the apology compensation is for. Or you were and you're never coming back.

And unless you've already been doing them religiously, they're practically useless anyway, because the cheaper items are a) garbage and easily replaced, and b) over priced compared to their gem cost. It seems to me like they're really just trying to people hooked into the the system to login more often. Which isn't surprising since steam numbers have basically halved since January.

Well I don't need XP scrolls unless they are tradable, which they aren't, and half the compensation is 1200 seals I don't care about and probably won't "earn". So instead of even gifting me the 1200 seals, I still have to "earn" them to be compensated for their messing up my game time? And BTW, when was the last time they put a mount in the login rewards, how many years ago, and a house guest aside from the first free one? Pretty sure those are all also part of the apology I have to "earn", instead of them simply sending a nice apologetic email with those items attached.
Honestly, with the magnitude of the screw up, they should have just gifted everyone Stibbons as a house guest, or 5000 crowns to spend as we wish.
