Eagle Eye Set Bugged

The Eagle Eye Set should increase crit chance on many direct damage ranged abilities (and does for many spammables, light/heavy attacks, and even enchants and status effects). However it does not work for several ranged direct damage abilities. The main ones I have found so far that receive no crit increase are:
- Unstable Wall final tick (it works correctly with the DoT ticks because they are not direct)
- Scorch and morphs (20m range and direct damage)
- Elemental Ring (this morph is 28m and should be affected)
- Feral Guardian autoattacks (guardian's wrath does seem to work, but swipe and crushing swipe do not)
Looking for more data if anyone wants to test other classes. I don't believe that a standard 3 minute (21mil) dummy parse is enough to determine crit rate accurately, but I started noticing a pattern of which skills crit lower than they should. I performed an 18 minute robust centurion test for all my single target abilities, and over 1000 data points for AoE abilities. It's possible the same issue is affecting the similar set, Wrath of the Imperium, but I have not tested it.
