CHARACTER LOCKED -- Affecting multiple players since maintenance

Error 326. Cannot log in on my main character.
Many other players now experiencing this issue as well; one of my guilds has cancelled its raid tonight because the lead and multiple other signups are now locked out on the characters they'd like to use.
Other characters can log in ok as far as I can tell, but the pattern of this bug is such that it's just a matter of time before another character is locked. I've submitted a ticket and posted a reply on a thread about this in bug reports.
