Advanced Stats - Sprint Speed max 165%

Looks like Sprint Speed in Adv. Stats is stuck on 165%.
It stays on this level if I run a medium armor nightblade, no matter with or without Adept Rider set (Major Expedition +30% all time) and the Steed mundus stone +10%.

yes I run all speed CP passives, Adept Rider 5pcs. set, all armor medium, Vampire stage4, Steed mundus - anything I could and the sprint speed in "C" screen stays on 165%.
In a same time I tested with speed addon which shows speed at ca 200% (in upper left corner of screen):
and more when sprinting in vampire stealth on another Khajiit character (but this extra 20% to speed might be also a result of lag temporary):

✭✭✭✭✭The Sprint stat is specific to sprint. Many of the bonuses you mention apply to your foot speed (Movement Speed) in general. The Sprint line in the Advanced Stats menu does not reflect those, since they’re not sprint-only. It would probably be clearer if it reflected your total movement speed while sprinting, but that’s not how they’ve coded it.
For what it’s worth, this has been reported as far back as the PTS cycle that introduced advanced stats. It hasn’t been acknowledged or changed.2
