Error 326 Character Locked

I was playing in IC, I was booted from server with no warning and no other message attached. When I was able to log into character select my character I was on is now locked. It has been well over a half hour, I have submitted tickets, and the character is locked with no explanation or reason.

I pay for this game. Please unlock my character.

I have the same issue too now Mag!

My main character is now locked. Submitting a ticket, potentially cancelling my sub. This is absurd.

Same. In fact I had two characters locked back to back... I have also submitted a ticket but no hope that'll get to play this weekend
