Honestly, I wish there were numbers of some sort on all character creation sliders to make saving presets easier. I have a system at the moment using screenshots and on top replica, but numbers for height and every other feature would be amazing.
Legends never die
They're written down in eternity
But you'll never see the price it costs
The scars collected all their lives
When everything's lost, they pick up their hearts and avenge defeat
Before it all starts, they suffer through harm just to touch a dream
Oh, pick yourself up, 'cause
Legends never die
I would be happy to just get some 1-20 or such indicator. Don't have to tell actual height in some measurement.
Also, being able to change lightning and have the character do some movement would be great. So far no chapter's character creator lightning has been good.
For those arguing about what metric system could or couldn't be used for height, let's go crazy and say they gave you the option to set it in whatever system you were most comfortable with. (For those who don't have an app on their phone or google to do a conversion).
i disagree that having 'just' a numerical indicator for heights would help the RP community, and those who want to know exactly how tall their character is.
Yes, it would give an indication for copying purposes, but only that. The main problem of the matter would still be being ignored. And that is character height.
Metric and imperial systems are not needed. Single player TES games from Morrowind onwards use an abstract scale system where Imperials of both sexes are the average race with height scale 1.00. Altmer are the tallest at 1.10 and female Bosmer are the shortest at 0.90. ESO allows for more extreme deviations from the average, I imagine the shortest characters are at around 0.75.
