Feaky✭✭✭Just got booted from game while in Cyro. Took 5 min to re-log in and has been loading into Vvardenfell the past 10 min.
Well, I am not going to waste my Friday night trying to log into the game. Wasted 90 min dealing with login issues last night before calling it a night.0 -

Really guys. Self resolved doesn’t mean you fixed it it probably means people stopped trying to login. This is really getting old.3 -
TitanEidolon✭✭✭So yes, we expect to see a spike of west coast players around this time, but given the precision with which it occurs, if it were me trying to fix this I would see if there was a scheduled backup or some other recurring process on the server set to trigger at 8 eastern. It feels too regular to simply be a spike in traffic1

Agreed. I love it too, but this is getting way old.
And likely one of the on-call server admins will get an alert, set their beer down, go log in and restart services.
It will start working again in an hour or so.

I get a login queue. But the queue is NOT to enter the game. The queue is to wait ... until you get to the point it disconnects you.

✭Got a bad feeling the 9:30 raid I planned isn't going to have anyone able to log in. So far I have been having trouble both getting in and porting. Maybe 2 min of the last half hour have been in game. The rest is surfing the web while in loading screens and now complaining here about it. Heck of an update.I am currently worried for the future of ESO. Population seems like it is in free fall and the cancellation of the North America in-person gathering feels very much like pulling the plug. Kudos on fixing the in-game economy though. Clearly whatever gold shenanigans were happening the last couple years are fixed.0 -

this fix is to just wait it out until there's less people on. that's what happened yesterday0
