Missing Festival due to log in, queue, lag, and crash

I dont know what you will do to compensate for the festival but honestly nothing will do. You may be the nicest people trying to fix the game, it seems to be an *impossible mission*.

And beleive me i love the game! i upgraded my computer last night to compensate for the lags and troubles. And now .... i cant log in....

I could understand if that was exceptional, but for each event we go with the same troubles again and again. Prime hours of event break the game. So my question is : are you really wanted to go further or is this a maintenance game going down slowly ?
