Missing weapon

Has any one notice their weapon missing from their equipped gear? I thought yesterday maybe I accidentally unequipped it so I put it back on. Today I logged on and this time it’s completely gone from my inventory.
**Just found it, it was in my bank. Which is weird I never put it in my bank. Ran a random last night switch toons to run through my others and logged off for the night. Not sure how it ended up there?
