Adding Notes to Ignore List

I add other players to the ignore list for a wide variety of reasons (a lot of them didn't do anything wrong, they are just too chatty for my liking in zone chat). Is there an add-on that would allow me to add notes to players on my ignore list like you can with the friends list? I would like to be able to differentiate the actual bad apples or trolls from the innocent ones who get on their soapbox in cyrodiil too often.

I have notes on my ignore list and it's a base game feature at least with the pc ui. I can't speak for console though. If you're on pc, just right click the name and select "edit note"

Yeah for the longest time I thought it wasn't possible, but it's just not available in gamepad mode and works fine if you toggle and then add a note.
