Encratis no longer procs with flame glyph?

Just noticing this. Usually I have a flame glyph on my sword to proc this set on my NB tanks front bar, but it doesn't seem to work at all anymore, post U33.

Worked with Scalding Rune, though as well as attacks from a flame staff.

PS5, performance mode, NA

Note that it also takes several hits for the flame glyph to even proc basic flame damage (0:15), which seems to be another issue in and of itself.

Scalding Rune used at (0:22) procs the Encratis effect, even though it should've proc'd on the glpyh flame damage.

Weapon Enchants & Gear won’t proc other gear –

Flame Glyphs won’t proc Encratis.
Shock Glyphs won’t proc Shock Weakness for Elemental Catalyst
The Vateshran Destro Staff wont proc EC.

Procs don’t proc other procs. When you proc your weapon glyph, its a proc and not a direct source of damage so it won’t proc your Encratis. Same as using the Vateshran Destro Staff, when the “Flame/Shock/Frost” damage are applied to the enemy its not a direct damage source, its a proc so it can’t proc EC.
