Brand New Account, zone map does not show Delve completion

Nothing to do with AwA - new account, 1 month old character, I complete delves and they are still dark on the map. An example, I have acquired all the skyshards in Auridon, and killed the delve bosses as I progressed, brand new character, brand new account, and all delves are black on the map. @ZOS_GinaBruno
