Eso plus crowns on consoles debacle

For the last few months. Over 6 now personally.
My eso plus renews. I get the in game perks immediately however i have to submit a ticket, wait 72 hours, reply to the ticket with proof of purchase in a specific format for the crowns to then be manually added. Every month.
I do not understand the issue. Prior to this i have had eso plus since i started on console continously every month renew with no issues. I have been playing since console release. Joined a few months after the official release on ps4.
So why is it now an actual thing that someone has to manually add my in game crowns?
Why can it take up to 72hours in the t&cs and yet still fails.
I cannot be the only ine with this issue although perhaps i am and thats why its not fixed. I am clearly not inportant.
