Rollbacks during Gameplay? Getting old group and old mail out of nowhere

Hey,
this morning I was doing guild stuff when I suddenly found myself in a group without grouping with anyone and the dungeon finder was in progress. One of the group members was on another character in another group at that time. The group I was supposedly was in was an old one from yesterday. In the group finder they were all without location/cps what ever and when I jumped a zone I was suddenly out of the group.
At first I thought it was just an UI bug but now I got a mail about spell pots I bought yesterday evening. No pots attached this time but still got the mail "your purchase" again.
It feels like there are single rollbacks and I really don't wanna get banned for using duplicated items when the server just sends me another mail with attached items this time and I won't catch it because I'm doing flipping at that time and get lots of "your purchase" mails which I just all automatically take.
