Question for the wise in here.
It says it does the following:
(2 items) When you deal damage with Flurry, your any target-applied Damage over Time effect cast within 4 seconds gains 1690 Spell and Weapon Damage.
(Perfected) Grants up to 103 Weapon and Spell Damage.
If I have a 10 second single target DOT like "Soul Trap" and apply it after a flurry strike (but doesn't reapply flurry again) does the buff stay on Soul trap for the entire 10 seconds of Soul Trap or only for the 4 second window?
It says it does the following:
