All Light-attack sets should also consider medium/heavy attacks

I've been theorycrafting alot and i have seen a few sets out there that are applying their effects on light/heavy attacks.

The most popular being:
  • Arms of Relequen: Dealing X damage over time.
  • Kinras' Wrath: Applying Minor Berserk for others and Major Berserk for yourself.
  • Mantle of Siroria: Increasing magic damage if standing in a certain area.
  • Maw of Infernal: Daedroth summoning
  • Maelstrom Destruction Staff: Bonus damage applied to both Light and Heavy attacks.
All of these nice sets have the effect where the effects are procced by either light or heavy attacks or are applying to either of them. This makes their playstyle so much more comfortable in most gameplay. If you run low on resources you are forced to weave in a few heavy attacks but its not bad since Relequen allows it.

Theoretically nice sets with poor trigger conditions:
They are either only triggered by light attacks ONLY or by heavy attacks ONLY.
  • Kjalnar's Nightmare: A nice monster set for those who've perfected the light attack only weaving. The bone stacks dissipate very quickly though and are only maintained for light attacks, not medium or heavy attacks.
  • Z'en's Redress: A healer set often used in trials to make sure that the monsters are taking more damage. Again, only triggered by light attacks.
  • Sunderflame: Old school DD sadly only procced by full-charged heavy attacks.

What would you think?
Should all sets depending on light attacks only or heavy attacks only be touched to be procced by either. Of course with considering a few value changes (e.g. Sunderflame only proccing the damage on full charge while proccing the armor debuff on any attack).

First i have to say that Z'en is most popular on Dragonknight DD's these days so i wouldn't consider it a healer set.

Second i like going hybrid for the most part but making all sets proccing off of light, medium and heavy attacks that depend on any combination of it now would rob too much of their identity for me. Instead i'd rather have their individual playstyles more fleshed out to make them more viable.

I'm but a sarcastic beef jerky. Irony and cynicism are my parents. You've been warned.
