Looking for GMT+8 or close Timezone Guild that does Trials/Dgns

I've been having trouble finding a guild that I can actually join Trials on since most of the time people do them when it's 9am in the morning for me (and on a workday). I've been using the guild finder but that hasn't really helped much. I'm taking my hubby with me too.
But yeah, our biggest problem in finding a guild is finding one with the same or similar timezone (GMT +8). I'm not sure if that's the reason why when I try a guild there's hardly anyone online or awake. I say hi in guild chat and no response. I stay for a few more days, still the same. So then I keep searching for a guild.
Please dont take it personally if I leave your guild. I'll just have deemed it not within the timezone since no one is active or chatty on the times that I go online.
I am a healer main and the hubby is a tank main (but he can switch to dps if needed). But we just wanna have fun (we dont wanna make the game a second job, real life is already stressful enough), so we're thinking guilds that have heavy stat requirements and perfection dont suit us. We're decently geared (I guess). And while we don't wanna overexert ourselves, we also dont expect to be carried. We're willing to learn and experience and work our way up. I guess we're more suited for more newly-formed guilds that are made for vet dungeons and trials. We'd like to grow together with the guild. But if you're not a small guild and you're willing to take us in your ranks, thanks as well.
Sorry, I'm typing this while I'm exhausted from real life so I may not be making sense (and esp since English is not my first language). Hopefully, people get what I'm trying to say though haha.
