Can you (we) do the same? Or do you have any Oficial position about this?
My sugestion is: Let players buy all Houses, Mounts, Pets, Cosmetics etc for some days and send funds to same places. @UNICEF, @WFP, @Refugees, @DirectRelief

Let players buy any Cosmetic, House, Mount etc ... for x Days and send part of Money to help refuges of Ukraine it's not at all blaming Russia or Ukraine in war. It's just one reason to help us show what we have in best. Humanity!
This is NOT about defending Russian or Ukraine. It's only about: Help others!

I have mixed feelings on this. As an individual I prefer to donate directly to charities I know are responsible and will use the money well rather than to a corporation where I have to hope they're going to pass on the majority of the money (which doesn't always happen) to a charity which is going to use it responsibly (which also is not guaranteed). In this case it also feels unnecessary because ZOS is owned by Microsoft and I'm pretty sure if they wanted to they could afford to donate money without having to crowd source it.

On the other hand I understand why charities do this, I've helped set up similar schemes for the charity I work for. It's a way of reaching new audiences - people who normally wouldn't donate to your cause and may not even know it exists will hear about the fundraiser or simply buy something because they want it and don't care where the money is going.

I do like the idea of everything coming back to the crown store (although I wonder if the game could handle loading it all at once, and if players would find it too confusing to find the things they want) but I think that's very unlikely and it's more likely they would pick an item or a few specific items to sell.

This is a very good idea. Unfortunately ZOS reactions on the forums regarding the Ukraine topics make me think they don't care.

I don't know if ESO is planning on a charity event but there is a fundraiser event planned by the ESO community in cooperation with World Central Kitchen on March 26th at 10 am CET with giveaways, challenges, and guests. I can't seem to find the Reddit link anymore but it was also posted on Twitter.

It's not the same... Don't understand me wrong, but for me it's all about "trust"! I will help (if i can) if ZoS do something about... But make donations to don't know who... I just can't!
