Where is Hazazi?

I finished Grahtwood and came to Greenshade but no Story Quest. I'm supposed to talk to Hazazi in Marbruk, but there's no Hazazi.
So where is Hazazi? You see Hazazi? Show me Hazazi. There are no Hazazi.

He's in Bramblebreach. Leave Marbruk and head south to the nearby settlement.
What if I go north? Disappear.
    Would you come after me?

Hey so I was using the Zone Guide, and it did the same thing to me to go find this NPC- which was infact not in Marburk but in Bramblebreach. Maybe ZOS should update the Zone Guide to be more accurate so that players can actually use the tool correctly?

You’ll experience a lot of situations where you are directed to the exit from a sub-zone, such as a city, rather than the actual target outside. When you have to enter a different zone, like this case, they are trying to tell you to go via Marbruk, but instead it got written as “in Marbruk”, possibly because the marker is there, to send you outside.

In some cases the exit indicated is not the bast one, especially when boats are involved.

I may be wrong (can someone please confirm it?) but didn't the quest markers used to just point in the exact direction of the next quest stage, regardless of which zone it's in?
The current system is stupid, because the quest markers always point to *an* exit from a zone if the next objective is in another zone, but this doesn't work too well, because many zones (or sub-zones such as cities) have multiple exits.
