Will there be any refunds for those that pre-purchased High Isle and have since uninstalled due to the performance issues?

wrote✭✭if you're on steam you can request a refund days owned rule applies from the date you are actually able to play it. since it's in prerelease, you can't play it and on zos website you can just cancel your preorder im pretty certain.Edited by wrote on March 22, 2022 1:25AM5 -
