Gina actually mentioned in the stickied Q&A that they wouldn't be rolling back unless something catastrophic happened. As frustrating as these issues we're having are, they aren't anywhere near catastrophic.I don't care if they rollback to any early vertsion but i really hope they something about that.
Is that some option? Do we keep foward in story or it's better stop? Can we make trades?
It will be nice if they can say: "Rollback may happen", or "We will NOT make rollback"
Uh, that wasn't an official servers-wide rollback, that was a bug that only seemed to affect one area for about a day and can't be compared in the slightest to an ACTUAL rollback that would undo over a week of stuff. Xbox was having an issue with progress not saving and essentially rolling back a few weeks ago, but again that was a bug, not an intentional rollback.Rollbacks have happened before in the past, and we survived just fine. As I mentioned above, Gina has already said U33 wouldn't be reverted unless something catastrophic happened. There are too many things that would be lost if they did a roll back. Characters that have been created since then would get deleted, anything that's been earned or obtained like achievements, gold, CP, and so on would be lost. People who bought Crown Crates would lose those items, any kind of quest or achievement progress would be lost. People who decorated any Houses would have all that work undone. Mount training and Trait research would be lost. There's probably other stuff I'm missing too. And every day that passes is just more that would be lost.
Also, they wouldn't have done the Explorer's Event if they intended to do a rollback. It would make the event completely pointless to remove everything it gave.

lol! Until now there's no valid reason to keep foward! Have you look at the game? It's a mess... I only keep foward because plus is counting. If was not because of that, when plus ends and if game stay like this. It will be game over for me.
Game is a mess! Rollback will be very, very wellcome
I was running dolmens just a bit ago leveling up some skills; played more than two hours and didn't have a single problem.
ZOS not responding in itself proof that wasn't an intentional rollback, and the fact that it was only one area and kept happening repeatedly is also proof in itself. Rollbacks don't affect just one zone and they wouldn't keep happening through the day, it would be a single time. Why would they purposefully keep undoing progress rather than doing a single one? A rollback is a serious thing, ZOS wouldn't implement one without warning people ahead of time to not do things until afterward, to minimize loss.Gina actually mentioned in the stickied Q&A that they wouldn't be rolling back unless something catastrophic happened. ZoS never responded to this issue, so we never knew if it was bug or not. As for the entire game being rolled back.... It's only a virtual world, anyway. I am sure that ZoS would find a way to compensate. They have in the past. People are so bent on gaining something, and right now is not the time for character progression. Since ZoS won't respond to any of us we have no way of knowing what to expect.
So far during this past week I have done nothing. My toons haven't even left home. If there is a roll back I would lose nothing.

No problems for me either on PC EU server. It would help if people who complain about performance and technical problems stated on what server they play on. It's most probable the problems plaguing PC NA server have nothing to do with the update itself but with some other thing. Otherwise the EU server would be affected, too.
Personally, I don't support a rollback. I'd prefer ZOS found a way to fix things like NPCs treating alts like they've done something they haven't (if this is indeed true, haven't experienced this yet myself). Account-wide achievements is a good idea in itself, but should have been done in a more limited fashion. Grindy things like angler achievements, kill x amount of y type of enemy players and so on should be account-wide. For me those matter only for the dyes and other possible rewards, so if every character can contribute it just means the boring part is over sooner. It's a non-issue which character gets the "honour" of completing them (except maybe for grand master crafter). To this extent the update is an excellent thing.
But quest achievements and the like? Well, they are a different story. As an avid quester, I would like they were kept character-bound. It's nothing game-breaking, but a bit annoying. To sum it up, I don't like the way this was done but can live with it. At least no alts seem to be locked out of quests, which is the main thing. E.g. I was able to advance in an alliance questline with an alt just fine even though I had completed it with another character before.
So, AwA is a good idea botched badly in the implementation. Let's see if ZOS can fix the mess.
Roll back would just be silly. Have things been annoying as heck particularly if trying to do anything in a group heck ya. Load times in and out of anything have been pretty horrible the dungeon que even with a full group has been comical at times for sure.
All that said I have still been able to accomplish plenty in my 3-4 hours every evening from 9PM Est to 12-1 AM EST. I've been in several groups that cleared the 2 new dungeons. We did randoms for transmutes/xp last night even helping a guildie get a new character to level 50 in the process. Filling the sticker book and leveling Bastian in public dungeons which I know many others have been doing as well.
So yea its been a pain in the arse but even so myself and many others have been making progress. Many a time did I nearly just log out in frustration until hearing a call for help on discord or in guild chat.
Hopefully things are better tonight so the fun can continue.
