They NEVER apologize for anything. It's quite bizarre.
It would be nice, but I can't imagine that ever happening.
What I would like to see is for literally everyone to get each and every one of the free daily login rewards for the month, considering that I've missed about half of them so far due to the infinite login queue, maintenance, and other issues that made it impossible to even log in for whole days at a time. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Wait? ZoS has apologized for the servers performance before? God damn that's news to me! Usually it seems we're told to just shut up and like it! And if they fix a bug, talking about it after the fact is a bannable offense!
Anyway, I just cancelled my ESO+ subscription. Honestly it is rather sickening how many necessary things are locked behind the subscription nowadays. Want housing to be useful? PAY US! Want to be able to craft? PAY US! Want to play DLC? PAY US! (Which is normal, but they are still full price except during events. And only ever seen one bundle. A better way to do it would be to have DLC's accessible during their anniversary events, rather than just "PAY US, a little less!" Or to reduce the price of the old ones like every other MMO.)

Coming from FF14, it is really weird given how the game's producer, in tears, apologizes for delaying an expansion because he selfishly wanted to polish it up a bit more.

ESO will never even come close to the bar that Yoshi raised.
Just because they aren't obligated to compensate people doesn't mean they shouldn't do it. It's hurting them a lot more to let things keep going in this manner than it would for them to give some sort of actual compensation. It would actually help them out a lot because it would be SOME sort of proof that they actually care, to some tiny extent.wolfie1.0. wrote: »Go and read the terms of service for ESO and ESO+. Either by extending it a few days or the addition of a few hundred crowns. Alternatively, is there a way to refund my sub 1 year sub, of which I've played 3 months of, so I can just pick up playing again when they sort this out?

Eira_Rosynhwyr wrote: »Yeah, and I should add that this is way worse than what happened with FF14 Endwalker's launch and they add 21 days to everyone's sub. And the game wasn't even broken, the queue was long.

They did this once way back in 2014. Here is a screenshot from my payment history.
