I'd like to suggest that ZOS feedback to issues raised here (whatever the topic) not simply be buried somewhere in the post, but also repeated in a thread at the top of the page. Not every thread on this forum has a title that is suggestive of the actual content. And even tho there is an icon on the thread indicating a ZOS employee has commented, that doesn't mean it's a meaningful comment. It might just be "play nice." In order to find actual ZOS responses to issued raised, one has to page thru every possible thread looking for that golden nugget. While some people might enjoy this activity, I find it frustrating and a needless waste of time. Even their policy of closing down duplicative threads and linking all future comments to the "main" thread isn't sufficient. That just means we have to page thru extra threads just to find the "main" one. This difficulty in locating and understanding ZOS feedback just leads to misinformation and distrust. To better inform the community and increase transparency, I really feel like it would be helpful if ZOS would just put all of their official responses to issues raised in a thread they create, located in a place we can easily find, with a very descriptive title.
