Mail system broken after last maint?

I got on all three of my accounts an indicator showing I have varying number of new messages and a note saying "Your inbox is full. Delete some mail to receive more." even on an account with ZERO mail in the box:



Also, I am unable to send mail on any of the accounts, too.

Whenever possible, do a quick forum search before posting your own separate thread. ( some people say ESO forums has a "terrible" forum search function, but it's always worked fine for me .. /shrug )

Well, it definitely is terrible. I have tried to search before posting and after your comment, too, on at least 5 variations of search terms. Every single one just gave "No results found". Even after I literally copy/pasted from the thread you linked.
