Cant connect/Log in time out

Since the first day of the explorer's celebration, I get two errors, Cant connect to server and log in timed out NA server starting at 1800 CST us and lasting until at least 2300 CST us. I have turned off all addons and followed all related steps to this issue. Still, it persists. @ZOS?
