Do not log out inside Elinhir Private Arena

DO NOT LOG OUT INSIDE THE ELINHIR PRIVATE ARENA.

Multiple people are reporting that this house is bugged since the patch.

On patch day and a few days after, I couldn't even visit it (it's my primary residence). Now, I can visit it fine, but any toon that I log out of inside the house becomes completely locked and can no longer be logged into. I have 2 alts located inside the house that I've tried to login to for days now without success.

My main toon just crashed inside the house and can no longer be logged into.

My guild's crafthall is there and yeah been having a LOT of problems trying to get into it, as to your issue logon to another char then back to the one who's stuck. I also own that piece of real estate so it puts me in my own after I get back when stuck, if you didn't make it into it will pop you to where you had traveled from

People had also mentioned similar things about the big craglorn cave house, some thinking it had to do with the zone they were tied to, but I'm not entirely sure, but they described the same issues you saw.

Yup, our guild hall is 99% inaccessible (maybe 1 user a day makes it in), and the replies to everyone's support tickets tell us to check computers settings. I hope ZOS see's and does something about this, I know our guild hall has over $1000 in crown items in it, never mind it being one of the most expensive homes in the game to start with.

The whole guild is up in arms about it, Master Writs piling up, can't craft new sets, can't easily change mundus, test builds, etc...

It's not just me? Every time I try to port to my Elinhir Private Arena, I get a 5-10 minute loading screen and then get disconnected with an error message that I cannot quite remember. Maybe I'll make a bug report

I never leave my characters in my houses when I log off. Too many issues in the past with characters left in houses getting stuck and unplayable.
It is rather sad from a role playing perspective because I'd rather leave them in a house when I log off, rather than standing around outside.

I submitted a support ticket last Wednesday about this. The response has been seven emails suggesting I send diagnostics on my computer and reset my router in different ways from differently named bots every time.

@ZOS_Kevin Lotta smoke here, think it's a fire worth investigating better than support telling multiple people - having the same trouble with the same house post-update - to "check their computer settings". Considering it was a Crown Store time-limited house, that's real world money rendered unusable for customers.

You know I consider this a failure on ZOS end. Of course bugs happen but by now there have been many bug reports.

We should see at a minimum an ingame banner warning us to not enter or log out inside that home.

That would be a good idea, or even blocking access for those who don't use it so they don't mistakenly purchase it and have the same issues until it's fixed.

That's concerning, I hope they fix this soon! I know there's a lot going on right now they're fixing, but losing access to a character is a big deal.
